Culmen Live Network Map
Perpetual licence, or monthly subscription. We reply within one business day.
Your whole network on one live page: every upstream line, tunnel and exit, what it is carrying right now, and where each subscriber's traffic actually goes.
What it shows
- Every line and exit as its own live card — up or down, throughput, today's usage against its allowance and the renewal date, with an alert the moment one drops
- Failover at a glance — which fallback paths are standing by and which are carrying customers right now, standby PPPoE servers included
- Subscriber path search — type a name and see which line, exit and cache each kind of their traffic takes, read from the routers rather than from a diagram
- A map that checks itself — the few descriptive facts live in one file that is compared with the routers every five minutes; a rule that went missing, a path that moved or an interface nobody wrote down is flagged on the page
- Measured, never typed — states, speeds, quotas, expiries and session counts come straight from the routers and RADIUS
- Phone-first — the same page on a phone, behind a login with an authenticator code
Why it matters
A network diagram is out of date the day after it is drawn, and the person on call trusts it anyway. Here nothing live is typed by hand, and the descriptive part is checked against the routers continuously, so the map cannot quietly drift away from the network it describes.
What it will not do
Change anything. The map only reads from your routers and RADIUS, and it reads with care, so a busy router's management service never stalls for the page. Every change still goes through your own change process.

A web panel your support staff can actually use, without giving them router access. Add, block and unblock subscribers...
Culmen Customer Portal
Most support calls are one of three questions: how much have I used, what speed am I on, and why did it drop earlier.
