Nothing physical is shipped. Everything here is delivered electronically or performed remotely.

Digital downloads

Delivered by a download link sent to the email address on the order, normally within 1 business day of payment clearing. Files are plain PDF, spreadsheet or .rsc text — nothing to install. If a link does not arrive, check spam, then email contact@culmensoft.com.

Software licences

Deployment is arranged after purchase and scheduled with you. On-premise installation on your own server typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on data quality and how much migration is needed. Hosted deployment is usually faster. The licence and its documentation are issued by email at handover.

Remote services

Typical turnaround, from the point where you have supplied what is needed:

• Remote MikroTik configuration — 2–3 business days
• Remote RADIUS deployment — about 1 week
• Network audit — about 1 week
• FTTH design and bill of materials — 1–2 weeks, depending on area size
• Installation, migration and onboarding — 1–2 weeks

These are typical, not guaranteed. A date is agreed in writing before work starts, and if something will be late you are told before the date, not after.

Support plans

Active from the start of the paid period. Contact routes are provided at handover.

What is needed from you

Most delays are access-related: router exports, credentials, topology details or a scheduled maintenance window. The sooner those arrive, the sooner work finishes.
