What gets reviewed

• Configuration — routing, firewall, NAT, queues, VLANs
• Security exposure — management interfaces reachable from the internet, weak credentials, unnecessary services
• Single points of failure — where one device or one carrier takes your whole network down
• Capacity — where you are close to a limit and haven't noticed, including CGNAT port exhaustion
• RADIUS and billing integrity — accounting gaps, quota logic, session handling
• Backup and recovery — whether your restore actually works, tested rather than assumed

What you receive

A written report with findings ranked by severity, each with a specific remediation step rather than a general recommendation. Plus a call to walk through it.

Common findings

Management ports open to the world. Backups that have never been restore-tested. A "redundant" second uplink that shares a physical path with the first. Quota logic that silently wipes unlimited plans. A backup route with no gateway check, showing active while it points at a dead modem. DNS forwarding that dies with one line. Subscriber profiles handing out a public resolver, so the cache path you built is never used. Line counters that reset on a link flap and let a monthly allowance run out unannounced.
