What makes it survivable

• STOP handler. A subscriber replies STOP and they are removed — enforced at the queue, so renewals, quota warnings, staff sends and retries all pass the same check. Every template carries the opt-out footer, which is what keeps the number healthy.
• Delivery truth. The webhook records sent, delivered, read and failed per message. You know what actually arrived.
• Outbound queue with retry, so a Meta hiccup does not silently drop a night of renewals.
• No silent skips. An account with a price but no contact number is reported, not quietly dropped, and free or staff accounts are never sent a $0 reminder.
• The right message for the rule. A monthly-cap throttle never gets the "your speed returns at midnight" text, and a daily send ceiling keeps volume in check. A failed send can never block enforcement.
• Fee matching — reconciles what Meta billed against what you sent.

Why not a hosted platform
