FTTH Network Design & Bill of Materials
A complete fibre network design for your area, delivered remotely — before you spend anything on materials.
What's delivered
- Route design — backbone path, node placement, splice point locations
- Capacity plan sized to your target subscriber count and growth
- Full bill of materials with quantities: cable types and lengths, OLT, ODF, cabinets, splitters, enclosures, ONUs, active equipment
- Cost estimate with the assumptions written down so you can challenge them
- IP and VLAN plan
- Phasing plan — what to build first so you can start earning before the whole network is complete
What's needed from you
Coverage area, target subscriber count, available upstream options, and any existing infrastructure. Satellite imagery and a site walkthrough over video call are usually enough.
Experience behind it
Designed and deployed 60 km of fibre serving 200+ subscribers, including route survey and strategic node placement, against four entrenched competitors in the same market.
Typical turnaround: 1–2 weeks depending on area size.
