Full deployment of the Culmen platform onto your server, including migration from whatever you're running now.
What's included
- Server preparation — OS, database, web stack, firewall, TLS
- Platform installation and configuration to your plan structure
- Data migration — subscribers, plans, balances and billing history from your existing system
- Router integration — RADIUS, CoA and bandwidth profiles wired to your hardware
- Parallel run — old and new systems side by side until you're confident
- Staff training — a session with the people who'll use it daily
- Backup configuration, with a restore actually tested before handover
Migration approach
No big-bang cutover. Your existing system stays live while data is validated against it, and you switch only once the numbers match. If anything is wrong, you haven't lost a night's billing.
Typical duration: one to two weeks depending on data quality. Includes 30 days of support afterwards.
